As part of this event, COMC Auctions will be featured on eBay’s homepage from January 19th-26th. This promotion is the ideal opportunity to increase the visibility of your graded auction consignments!
Cards submitted to auction via COMC will receive a maximized number of views throughout the auction event. Below you’ll find all the information you need to get started, and even if you’re new to COMC, there’s still time to register for a free account!
COMC users have multiple options for submitting cards. Whether you already have cards consigned with us to submit to auction, or you are considering sending cards to COMC specifically for this event, details and key dates are listed below.

Please note, the graded trading cards you wish to submit MUST be encapsulated by one of our supported trading card companies. Please review our Supported Grading Companies list here. Items graded by companies that are not supported will not be able to be listed for sale in any format.

Mail-In Submissions
Both domestically and internationally shipped cards must be received at COMC’s Redmond, WA location by the end of the day on 1/03/2025 to be included in the promotion.
Items must be received at COMC by 1/03 to be eligible for this event.
To create a new mail-in auction submission, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your COMC account or register for a new COMC account
- Click Start New Submission in the Seller Menu on the COMC Dashboard
- Select the 2025 Graded Card Auction Event processing service.
Items sent to our Canada office must be received by 12/27/2024 to be included in the promotion.
Elite-Item Transfers
Elite-Item Transfer deadlines apply only to items already processed through our Elite consignment service.
Items must be transferred to auction by 1/13 to be eligible for this event.
If you already have COMC Elite graded cards in your COMC Inventory Manager, you can send them to auction in just a few clicks! You must transfer them to auction by the end of the day on 1/13 and select the 2025 Graded Card Auction Event option when transferring your items to auction.
Click on the Actions button for a given item in your inventory and then select Send to Auction to begin the auction transfer process.
Then select 2025 Graded Card Auction Event for the eBay auction service.
Once one of your items has been submitted for auction, you can monitor its start time and more auction from your Auction History page.
Only items already processed through our Elite consignment service may be transferred to our COMC/eBay Graded Card Auction Event. If you’d like to reprocess an item as Elite in order for it to be included in this promotion, you must submit it for Elite reprocessing by the end of the day on 1/6.
Items must be submitted for Elite reprocessing by 1/6 to be eligible for this event.
Important Auction Reminders
As you consider participating in this exciting auction event, there are a few key reminders we’d like to share:
- The minimum fee per auction, regardless of the final sale price, is $3.50. We do not recommend submitting cards to auction that will not reach a final sale price of $35 or more.
- There are no cancellations once we receive your auction submissions.
- Only Graded cards are eligible for this specific auction event.
- Please remember all cards submitted will START during the Jan 19th-26th auction window.
