COMC Auctions is partnering with eBay to promote an exclusive Cards for the Holidays auction event to celebrate the holiday season!
As part of this exclusive 2022 event, COMC Auctions will be featured on eBay’s homepage from December 12th through December 18th! This promotion is the ideal opportunity to increase the visibility of your auction consignments during the 2022 holiday season.
Cards submitted to auction via COMC will receive a maximized number of views throughout the auction event. Below you’ll find all the information you need to get started, and, even if you’re new to COMC, there’s still time to register in order to participate in the event!
Items must be received by 12/05 to be eligible for this event.
When and How to Submit Your Cards
COMC users have multiple options for submitting cards: whether you already have cards consigned with us to submit to auction, or you are considering sending cards to COMC specifically for this event, details and key dates are listed below.
Items shipped outside the US are not eligible for this event due to submission date requirements. Stay tuned for upcoming events open to international customers!
Mail-In Submissions
Submissions must be received at COMC by the end of the day on 12/05/2022 and notated on the outside of the package with the letters “HH” to ensure inclusion in this promotion.
To create a new mail-in auction submission, please complete the following steps:
- Log in to your COMC Account or register for a new COMC account
- Click Start New Submission while logged in to your account
- Select the COMC/eBay Cards for the Holidays Auction Event processing service.
- Please ensure that your submission package is clearly notated on the outside of the package with the letters “HH” to ensure that your submission is processed timely for this promotion.
Elite-Item Transfers
Elite-Item Transfer deadlines apply only to items which have already been processed through our Elite Consignment Service.
Elite items must be transferred by 12/09 to be eligible for this event.
If you already have COMC Elite cards in your COMC Inventory Manager, you can send them to auction in just a few clicks! Items must be transferred to auction by Friday, December 9th by selecting the COMC/eBay Cards for the Holidays Auction Event option. For a given item, simply right-click on the Actions menu and then select Send to Auction to begin the transfer-to-auction process:

After transferring your cards to auction, they are moved from your Inventory Manager to the Grading Submissions page in your COMC account. Once scheduled for auction, you can monitor your auctions via the Auction History page.
Only items that have already been processed through COMC’s Elite Consignment Service may be transferred to the Cards for the Holidays eBay Auction Event. If you wish to submit a non-Elite item to auction, you must first submit the item for Elite reprocessing, after which you can choose for it to be transferred to auction.
Items must be submitted for Elite reprocessing by 12/06 to be eligible for this event.
Important Auctions Reminders
As you consider participating in our next exciting auction event, there are a few key reminders we’d like to share:
- The minimum fee per auction, regardless of the final sale price, is $3.50. We do not recommend submitting cards to auction if they will not reach a final sale price of $20 or more.
- There are no cancellations once we receive your auction submissions.
